DIZ
DiZ, or "Darkness in Zero", is an entity shrouded in mystery. His face is completely masked by red bandages, only one amber eye and his mouth left exposed. He wears heavy garments and a crimson cloak, and moves with the air of an upstanding, elderly fellow. Riku meets DiZ for the first time in Castle Oblivion, and DiZ's guidance and cryptic questions eventually led the teenager and King Mickey out of the castle.
Mickey has a strange feeling he's met DiZ before, but can't put a finger on when or where.
ANSEM THE WISE
Ansem the Wise was once the benevolent leader of Hollow Bastion, then known as Radiant Garden. He oversaw the workings of the town and castle with gentle guidance, and continued his philosophy and scientific work in his laboratory. His first delvings into the mysteries of the heart brought about the first discovery of the Heartless, and also the theories about the worlds themselves having hearts. It is his research that caused the world borders to fall for the first time, and soon after, King Mickey arrived to seek the wise leader's advice.
Ansem the Wise also had a noted fondness for sea-salt ice cream
HAYNER
Age: 15
Homeworld: Twilight Town
Weapon: Struggle bat
A boy often described as Twilight Town's local "attitude problem". Feisty, impulsive, and adventurous, he often gets himself and his friends into all kinds of trouble. Once he gets an idea, he has to LIVE it--and Pence and Olette get dragged along for the ride. He's the leader of one of two "gangs" in Twilight Town, the other being led by Seifer. Being the troublemaker to Seifer's disciplinarian, there's bad blood between the two of them, but in truth it's nothing more than rivalry.
PENCE
Age: 15
Homeworld: Twilight Town
Pence is the "goof" of the group, a laid-back sort of boy who'd rather eat sea-salt ice cream and chat with his best friends than anything else in the world. He's more mature than he looks, however: he likes to take his time and approach problems realistically. He's more prone to cheer from the sidelines than jump in on a spar, being a rather portly fellow, but he can hold his own in the bustling city life of Twilight Town. He is rarely seen without his camera.
OLETTE
Age: 15
Homeworld: Twilight Town
Olette is the classic feminine touch in her group of rowdy guy friends. While she can get into mischief with the rest of them, she'll also be the first to put her foot down if they're crossing the line. She'll even suggest they postpone their fun for--dare she say it--summer homework assignments. She's sensitive yet spunky, and loves to drag the boys along to shop on Market Street to balance out their daily exploits with Seifer's gang. She's the sensible one of the group--there's always one.
SEIFER
Originally Seen In: Final Fantasy VIII
Seifer's the self-appointed head of the Twilight Town "Disciplinary Committee". He's somewhat of a bully and gang leader, but he seems to have a particular issue with Hayner's group. He's also prone to pick fights with newcomers (even the Keyblade master himself) if he deems them untrustworthy. With a mean arm, Struggle bat, and his two "followers" Rai and Fuu always by his side, he's a force to be reckoned with--even if he's the only one who thinks so.
RAI
Originally Seen In: Final Fantasy VIII
Rai's a perfect example of "all brawn, no brains". Following gang leader Seifer around twenty-four-seven, he doesn't typically pick the fights himself, but doesn't hesitate to show his considerable strength to assist in intimidating troublemakers. He's got a bad habit of ending everything that comes out of his mouth with "y'know?".
FUU
Originally Seen In: Final Fantasy VIII
Fuu isn't one to waste her breath, which is made obvious by her consistent "one-liners". Fuu follows Seifer around just as faithfully as the talkative Rai does, but when she opens her mouth, it's usually to make a scathing (but quite effective) one-word statement. She doesn't like to fight much, but if Seifer's boasts are true, she can definitely hold her own.
VIVI
Originally Seen In: Final Fantasy IX
Vivi is a young boy living in Twilight Town. Being a rather timid fellow, he's adopted into Seifer's gang as a bit of a lackey. He idolizes Seifer and admires his strength, and as such, often gets stuck with the thankless jobs. He doesn't mind, though--anything to be in the town's Disciplinary Committee.
